I know im asking a lot! sorry! but its obvious I NEED HELP!
Check if your router is compatible with Mac will be visible in the box, almost all of them are compatible with both Vista and Mac Though file formats can be a problem. D-Link or any reputed brands routers are easy to install and come with easy instructions and wizards installed on the CD given with the hardware. Am using one myself and that the configuration of a year ago and have not had any problems. Not that you do not need additional antennas that could not be reached with the original packaging. Most companies now use internal antennas. Just remember one password to protect your wireless network. Either you are an open party a hacker.
